Orders

An order is confirmed when the first 50% is paid. The remaining 50% is due before shipping. The sample you approve is the standard your bulk is measured against.

Prices

Published prices are delivered to a US address with freight included, and hold for 30 days from quotation. Two views are published for every product:

All-in, duty paid. Includes US import duty at the rate in force on the ship date, paid on your behalf by our forwarder. Nothing is collected on arrival. If a duty rate changes between your order and your shipment, we tell you before you pay the second 50%, and you may cancel without penalty if you do not want to proceed at the new figure.

Duty unpaid. Freight included, US import duty payable by you as importer of record on arrival. The rates published on the shipping page are estimates for planning, not quotations.

Delivery

Published lead times are to your door. If we are going to miss a date, we tell you as soon as we know rather than on the day.
