Before anything is cut
Every order starts as a paper pattern, drafted here.
Pattern-making is done by our own cutters and is inside the sample fee. Your approved sample then becomes the standard the bulk is measured against.
Made on a line that runs US-bound jackets every week
More than a thousand jackets a month leave our line for the US market. That volume tells us which sizes come back and why, where leather fits tighter than fabric, and how long delivery really takes.
Design, pattern-making, sampling and quality control are ours and in-house. Inspection decides the quality of your order, and inspection is ours at every stage.
If it misses your sample, we remake it
Every order is checked against your approved sample at six stages and photographed before it leaves. You see those photographs. If something is wrong we hold the shipment on the ground rather than in the air, and we pay freight both ways.

The all-in price covers the jacket, your leather and colour, your patches, names, numbers and labels, freight to your US address, and US import duty. Nothing is collected when it arrives. If you prefer to import the goods yourself, the duty-unpaid price is published beside it with the estimated rate and HTS code for your garment.
No minimum. One piece is fine, any style, and styles and colours mix freely. Under five pieces we charge the sample rate per piece: $99 a hoodie, $139 varsity, $149 leather. That fee includes pattern-making and your artwork redrawn, it arrives in fourteen days duty-paid, and it is credited in full against your first order.
A second sample round is normal and costs the same as the first. Fit, materials, hardware and decoration can all change after you have handled the first piece. Once you approve one, that sample is the standard your production is measured against – and a change after that needs a new sample rather than a hopeful adjustment mid-run.
An NDA offered before you ask, signed before you send us anything. Your design, your pattern and your artwork are produced for you and for nobody else, and we do not show your work publicly without written permission.
Fifty pieces are made in two weeks and published at four weeks to your door. You pay 50% when you place the order and 50% before shipping, by card or bank transfer against an invoice. A reorder skips sampling because your pattern and materials stay on file.
