Payment & terms
50% when you place the order, 50% before shipping. The delivered price is the whole price. Freight is inside it at a fixed figure, quoted up front, and there is no third invoice.
How you pay
Once we have confirmed your design, we email an invoice with a secure payment link – card or bank transfer.
On a first order, pay by card: the chargeback protection is yours. It costs us more in fees than a transfer would, and paying a supplier overseas for the first time is the most uncomfortable moment in this whole transaction — use the method that protects you.
Start with a sample rather than a production order. It is the cheapest way to find out whether we are worth a larger payment, and the fee comes off that larger payment if we are.
Sample fees
Credited in full against your first production order. Not partially, not as a discount code, and not against some future order — in full, against the first one.
The fee includes pattern-making and your artwork redrawn to production files. If you order a sample and decide not to proceed, you keep the jacket and we keep the fee. That is why the fee is small enough to be a reasonable test.
A second sample round is normal and costs the same again.
What the price includes
The jacket, your branding and freight to your US address. Patches, names, numbers, the woven main label, the care and content label, the size label, hang tags and individual bagging are inside the price rather than listed as extras at the quote stage.
What moves it up: full-grain hides rather than top-grain, heavy or branded hardware, quilted lining and complex panelling. We tell you before the quote, not inside it.
All-in prices include US import duty at the rate in force on the ship date, paid for you by our forwarder. If a rate changes between your order and your shipment we tell you before you pay the second 50%, and you can cancel without penalty if the new figure does not work. The duty-unpaid price is published beside every all-in price if you would sooner be the importer yourself.
Samples arrive duty-paid either way. Nothing to pay at the door.

Minimum order
No minimum order. One piece is fine, any style, and styles and colours mix freely – count the quantity per style or across the order, whichever suits you.
Under 5 pieces: charged per piece at the sample rate, all-in ($129 hoodie / $186 varsity / $178 leather). Below five pieces the pattern, the setup and the inspection are the same work as for fifty, so the sample rate is what it costs. The sample fee itself – $99, $139 or $149 – arrives duty-paid at our cost either way.
If we are late
You hear it from us as soon as we know, not on the day it was due. We publish buffered dates so this is rare, and early warning is the only useful response when it happens.
