You are buying to a date and to a budget per head
An order for a graduating year or a department is not a wholesale order with a different label on it. There is a date that cannot move, a figure per person that has to be approved before anything is ordered, and a size list that runs from the smallest student to the largest member of staff.
So the price is quoted per person, with everything on the jacket already inside it, and the delivery date is the date it reaches your door rather than the date it leaves the factory.
Will it arrive in time?
Put in the date you need them and we work backwards from it. Every figure below is to your door, not to the end of the production line. Latest order date before your event:

We publish the date we can keep, not the one we can hit on a good week.
Names and numbers, proofed before they are sewn
Send the list once. Every name goes back to you in writing, spelled as it will be stitched, with the placement on the garment shown, and nothing is sewn until you confirm it. Chenille letters, embroidery, woven patches, leather patches and DTF print are all in the price. A long name does not cost more than a short one, and a jacket with a number on the back does not cost more than one without.

Freight and US import duty are inside these figures. Half is due when the order is placed and half before shipping, so there is one approval to get rather than two. All-in prices, duty paid, by product and quantity:

A size run that covers everyone
XS to 3XL from one graded block, to the published chart. Send the size list with the name list and the two are matched piece by piece before anything is cut. Varsity jacket measurements in inches, with centimetres in brackets:

Varsity is cut generously by design. A size that would be tight in a biker jacket is usually comfortable here.
Your sample confirms the fit before production. We measure it with you, adjust the block, and your approved piece becomes the standard the whole order is checked against.

Yes. A varsity sample is $139, made on the production line and delivered duty-paid, and the fee comes off the order in full.

Yes. There is no minimum order, and your pattern and approved sample stay on file, so a second order skips sampling and runs to the same specification.

Freight and US import duty are inside it. The duty figure is an estimate at current US rates for the garment, with the HTS code published, and we confirm the exact rate in writing before you pay.
