The workshop
Cutting, sewing, embroidery, print, inspection and packing, on the line that would make your order.
More than 1,000 jackets a month leave here for the US market. Design, pattern-making, sampling and quality control are ours and in-house; production runs through partner factories we have worked with for years, with our inspector on the floor and your approved sample in their hand.
On the floor
What is here
120
workers across our line
100+
machines, including embroidery and DTF
1,000
jackets a month, capacity
60-70
styles produced to date
Lockstitch, overlock and bar-tack for construction. Embroidery and DTF for decoration. Cutting and pressing at either end.
Embroidery and print are in-house. That is why patches, prints and labels are priced inside the jacket instead of being sent to a third party and marked up on the way back.
The six stages your order passes
| Stage | What is checked | Tolerance |
|---|---|---|
| Cutting | Panel shape against pattern, grain direction, hide defects mapped and avoided | ±3 mm |
| In line | Seam type, stitch density, panel alignment, bar-tacks at stress points | 8 SPI |
| Decoration | Patch and print placement against the approved proof, spelling of every name | ±5 mm |
| Hardware | Zips run smoothly, snaps engage, rivets seated, pulls secure | Every piece |
| Measurement | Chest, length, sleeve, shoulder against the approved sample | ±1 cm |
| Finishing | Threads trimmed, leather conditioned, pressed, labelled, bagged | Every piece |
Inspection is ours, in-house, on the floor. You see photographs of the finished order before it flies, and you can hold the shipment on the ground.
