Pricing & lead times

Every price on this page is delivered to a US address with freight included. Nothing here requires a form.

A unit price you cannot add freight to is half a number, and the missing half arrives after you have set your retail price and told your customers when the stock lands. So here is the whole thing: what you pay, when it arrives, what is in it, what is not, and what moves the figure.

Leather jackets & vests$95$85$79
Varsity, wool melton$105$95$89
Satin jackets$105$95$89
Hoodies & fleece$59$52$48

Freight included. US duty is paid by you on arrival – estimated rates below. Under 5 pieces: charged per piece at the sample rate ($99 hoodie / $139 varsity / $149 leather).

Your patches, names, numbers and labels are in every price.

What pushes a price up: full-grain hides rather than top-grain, heavy or branded hardware, quilted lining, and complex panelling that takes a machinist longer. What pushes it down: simpler construction, satin rather than melton, and quantity.

Patches, names, numbers, labels and hang tags are in the price at every quantity. We will tell you which side of that you are on before you order, and if your target price is not achievable at the quality you are describing we will say so rather than find the difference somewhere inside the jacket.

Run your own numbers

Pick a product, a quantity and the price you intend to sell at. The delivered price comes from the table above, the duty estimate from the HTS code for that garment. Fifty leather jackets, line by line:

At your door in 4 weeks, nothing to pay on arrival.

Sell at $180 and you keep $78.00 a jacket — profit before your platform fees.

Duty is an estimate at current US rates for this product. We confirm your exact rate in writing before you pay. Fees vary by platform.

Judge it in your hands first.

When it lands

These are times to a US door, not time in the factory. A supplier quoting twenty-five production days is describing their floor, not your calendar.

5-50 pieces2 weeks4 weeks
200+ pieces3-4 weeks6 weeks

We publish the date we can keep, not the one we can hit on a good week.

The gap between the two columns is deliberate. A date you can plan around is worth more than a date that impresses you in a quote and slips in week three.

If we are going to miss a date, you hear it from us as soon as we know — not on the day it was due.

No minimum order

No minimum order. One piece is fine, any style, and styles and colours mix freely – count the quantity per style or across the order, whichever suits you.

Under 5 pieces: charged per piece at the sample rate, all-in ($129 hoodie / $186 varsity / $178 leather). Below five pieces the pattern, the setup and the inspection are the same work as for fifty, so the sample rate is what it genuinely costs — not a penalty, and not a door closed. The sample fee itself arrives duty-paid at our cost either way.

One piece is a real order here. Our line already runs single pieces and small batches alongside production, so it is not an interruption to our operation.

Why most factories ask for a hundred

Order terms

50% when you place the order, 50% before shipping. The delivered price on this page is the whole price: freight is inside it at a fixed figure, and there is no third invoice.

Once we have confirmed your design, we email an invoice with a secure payment link – card or bank transfer. On a first order, pay by card: the chargeback protection is yours.

Sample fees are credited in full against your first production order. Not partially, and not against some future order — in full, against the first one.

Duty and customs

On the all-in price, US import duty is already included: our forwarder pays it and nothing is collected at your door. On the duty-unpaid price you pay it on arrival as the importer of record. The estimated rate for each product is below, and your exact rate goes in writing before you pay.

There are usually small broker and handling fees on top. They are not large, but they are unannounced, and unannounced is how a planned margin becomes a smaller one.

At two months and fifty pieces of one style, China is cheaper. We are for the order you need inside a month, and for quantities nobody else will take.

Run your numbers, then test the quality.
