Fewer returns
Leather fits closer than the same measurement in a woven fabric: a chest that works in a hoodie generates returns in a biker jacket. We publish the size charts with a how-to-measure guide, and if your size run looks like it will come back, we say so before you order. Everything we are asked before a first order, answered here rather than in an email thread.
Yes. No minimum at all. Under five pieces we charge the sample rate per piece – $99 a hoodie, $139 varsity, $149 leather – because the pattern and the setup cost the same as for fifty. From five the band price applies, and it falls again at fifty and at two hundred.
Send photographs and, if you can, the jacket itself, and we will re-engineer it to your specification, your fit and your label.
The jacket, your leather and colour, your patches, names, numbers and labels, freight, and US import duty. Nothing is collected on arrival. The duty-unpaid price is published beside it if you would sooner import yourself.
Two weeks in production at fifty pieces, four weeks to your door – the same published dates as a first order. It skips sampling because your pattern is on file.
We remake it and pay freight both ways. The policy is published, including the four things it does not cover.
