Bring the idea. We draw it, make it and put your label in it.
A sketch on paper, a photograph from a website, or a jacket you already own and want changed. Pattern-making is inside the sample fee, the sample is in your hands in fourteen days, and nothing we make for you carries our name.
These are the six things buyers change most. All of them are priced into the bands on the pricing page rather than quoted separately, except where the note says a choice moves the price.

How a custom piece is actually made
Six steps, and you approve the one that matters before anything is cut in quantity.
01
Concept and materials
You send what you have. We send leather and trim swatches and ask the questions a pattern cutter needs answered — length, fit, lining, hardware.
02
Pattern and design
Your artwork is redrawn to production files and a first pattern is cut by our own cutters. Included in the sample fee, not billed as development.
03
Decoration proofed
Patches, embroidery, chenille, DTF and labels are proofed and photographed for your approval before they go on the garment.
04
Sample
One finished piece, made on the production line rather than a bench, so what you hold is what production will repeat. Fourteen days, duty paid.
05
Your approval
Mark it up, wear it, measure it. Your approved sample becomes the written standard the bulk is inspected against.
06
Production and delivery
Graded across sizes, inspected at six stages, photographed before despatch, and delivered to your US address with duty paid.
Decoration is in the price, not on top of it
Embroidered, chenille, leather and PVC patches, woven patches, embroidery and DTF print. Names and numbers on a club or team order are included too — one price per person, whatever is on the back.
Sixty-three styles are already cut, sewn and priced. Any of them is a starting point you can change, and starting there usually saves a round of sampling.
Shapes, weights and finishes we have patterns and experience for. None of these is a catalogue style — send us the one closest to what you want and we price it for you.
