What a thousand jackets a month teaches us
Every month more than a thousand of our jackets reach US customers. That volume shows us what a single quote never does: which sizes get returned, where leather fits tighter than fabric, which zips and seams fail first, and how long delivery really takes.
We put that knowledge into your order. It is why every price on this site already includes freight and duty, and every lead time is a delivery date to your door — not a guess about production.
How we are set up
Design, pattern-making, sampling, quality control and every conversation with you are handled by our own in-house team. Production runs on partner lines we have worked with for years — 120 skilled people and more than 100 machines in total.
Inspection is ours at every stage: our QC lead works on the line with your approved sample and a checklist, so what reaches you matches what you signed off.
We ship more than a thousand jackets a month and keep spare capacity on purpose, so a reorder can start within two weeks instead of waiting in a queue.

What we commit to in writing
- Every price is published, delivered, at three quantities. No form, no contact-us-for-pricing.
- Every lead time is a date to your door, buffered against what we can actually do.
- The duty estimate is published per product, with the HTS code and the date we checked it.
- The QC tolerances are published — 3 mm on cutting, 5 mm on decoration, 1 cm on measurement.
- The remake policy is written down, including the four things it does not cover.
- An NDA is offered before you ask and signed before you send us anything.
- Then the one that settles it: a sample costs $99 and arrives in fourteen days. Hold the jacket.

Quality you can check
Every order comes with evidence you can check yourself: chromium VI test reports on the leathers we use, published QC tolerances, a written remake policy, and photographs of your finished order before it ships.
Need a specific compliance standard for a retail partner — an audited supply chain, BSCI, WRAP or a material test? Tell us what your buyer requires and we will confirm in writing what we can provide, and by when.
We are at our best where fit and finish matter: custom and private-label jackets in small and mid-size runs.
